How do I hire Ry?
Three ways to hire Ry Manlac:
1. Assign task (4 to 20 hours) to Ry and receive a quote. Ry will contact you for the task set-up.
2. Ask Ry to manage your project (20 hours and more) and discuss price and guaranteed timelines.
3. Hire Ry full time with a fixed monthly rate per hours, KPI targets, and guaranteed availability.
How do I pay Ry?
1. Pay using Ry’s Buy Me A Coffee link.
2. Agree with Ry what will be your preferred payment method.
3. During onboarding, you and Ry will agree with the payment terms as well.
What if I'm unhappy with Ry work?
If you’re unhappy with Ry’s work, please flag it within the agreed review window so we can compare the outcome to the pre-defined KPIs (scope, deadlines, quality standards) and request revisions.
If issues persist after revisions, we’ll escalate via our dispute process; in payment disputes, we may pause work, review evidence from both sides, and where necessary involve the payment provider and relevant local consumer authorities.
